Also, a large range of issues related to leasing and issues of state support, particularly in the aviation industry, is the result of Russia's WTO accession. Even representatives of the ministries acknowledge that they do not have a full understanding of all the consequences of this step, no clear ideas about how to participate in the WTO system affect the interaction between government and the aviation industry.
