The Embraer Legacy 650 executive jet, one of the larger items on their production list, has received type certification (TC) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India, paving the way for buyers to register and operate the aircraft in India. "The Legacy 650 certification is a significant event since it is the sixth Embraer Executive Jet model to gain Indian certification," said Jose Eduardo Costas, vice-president of Asia-Pacific marketing and aircraft sales.
