- Company needs to show financial capability (2M$) they can use the money to buy planes, offices, pay personnel, camo;
- Accountable manager, maintenance manager, ground ops manager, safety manager, Training manager, quality manager....
- Need to have airplane to put on aoc before they get aoc. Need to buy aiplane first..... before aoc is issued;
- Takes about 8-12 months to get AOC;
- Country austria;
- Advantage in austria true ownership of the planes can be 100% hidden;
- Half on deposit other half when aoc is issued;
- Deposit with notary public.
