The Global 6000 competes with the BBJ on intercontinental missions. It offers a dedicated business jet cabin and higher speed, while the BBJ provides significantly more interior space.

Dassault Falcon 8X for sale:

The Falcon 8X brings long range, three engines, and excellent airport flexibility. It is a different philosophy: smaller cabin, strong performance.

Embraer Lineage 1000E for sale:

The Lineage is another airliner-based VIP aircraft. It offers a large cabin but less range than the BBJ.

The BBJ works best for owners who need people and space.
A company moving executives between continents, a government operation, or an owner who regularly travels with a large group can use the cabin properly.
New York to London, Dubai to Europe, or Asia-Pacific regional missions are the type of routes where the aircraft concept becomes attractive.
The trade-off is speed. A BBJ cruises slower than aircraft such as the Gulfstream G650 or Global 7500, so time-sensitive missions with fewer passengers may favour a dedicated business jet.

The Boeing BBJ (737-700) remains one of the most practical choices for buyers who need a private aircraft with airline-level cabin space.

It is slower and more complex than a traditional business jet, but the combination of range, cabin volume, and 737 support makes it a unique aircraft.
